On June 10, 2016 Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper signed into law House Bill 16-1432, the Colorado Personnel File Bill to give Colorado #employees the right to access their personnel files. Unfortunately the law does have flaws regarding accessibility for employees and something we hope can be changed with future legislation.
