Great progress for LGBTQ rights! Mental health professionals in Colorado are now banned from trying to change a minor’s sexual orientation or “sexual or romantic attraction or feelings toward individuals of the same-sex,” often referred to as conversion therapy. Also, now transgender Coloradans can update their birth certificates without having to prove they surgically changed their gender or submit a public notice.
